You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and your dog's information, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Frizbea.

You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform. Our content-moderation and bot-detection systems may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Frizbea Stories, Licks, Blogs, and Loves are intended for genuine, good-faith engagement. Artificially inflating viral counters or engagement is prohibited.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant Frizbea a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app to operate the service.

Health records minted as NFTs are provided for convenience and portability. Frizbea is not a veterinary provider; always consult a licensed vet for medical decisions. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may incur network fees.

Bling Alert is a community assistance feature offered on a best-effort basis. While it uses AI matching to help locate lost dogs, Frizbea cannot guarantee recovery and is not liable for outcomes.

Frizbea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frizbea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
