When you create a Frizbea account we collect details you provide about you and your dog — name, email, breed, age, photos, and the bio fields you choose to fill in (medications, food, toys, treats, and socialization preferences).

Our data classification engine automatically sorts this information into mineable and non-mineable ("red-print") categories so that sensitive data receives stricter handling and is never used for matching without your consent.

We use your information to operate core features — building dog profiles, powering Frizbea Stories, organizing Wolf Packs, and sending push notifications about engagement and pack activity.

Bling Alert uses AI-based digital-footprint matching strictly to help reunite lost dogs with their owners. Bot-detection and content-moderation models are used to keep the community safe.

To protect you, personal contact details are automatically converted into Frizbea proxy contacts. Other users interact with these proxies rather than your real phone number or email unless you explicitly choose to share them.

When you mint a certified health record as an NFT, a tamper-proof reference is written to the blockchain. The record itself stays encrypted; only a verification hash is stored on-chain. You control who can view the underlying record.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Frizbea, when required by law, or with your consent.

You can access, update, or delete your data at any time from account settings. You may opt out of non-essential notifications and request a full export of your information.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, regular audits, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your pack.

Frizbea is intended for users aged 13 and over. We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced in-app and the "last updated" date will be revised.
